The longest-established member of the team, Me Corinne RICHEFORT joined the office in 1989 and has held the post of Notary Public since 2019. She is here to provide you with advice and support at key stages of your life.

She pays very close attention to her clients’ needs and will really strive to ensure their short- and long-term goals are achieved, whether these relate to family affairs or real estate dealings.

Me GUYET-SIKSIK is a mathematics graduate. Her scientific rigour and logic are useful in her day-to-day activities, particularly in family law, for example, when she is drawing up a deed of partition or an agreed asset split as part of a divorce settlement or a will.

Communicating well with her clients has always been a priority for her as it enables her to build trust and establish a good client-notary relationship.

A qualified notary since 2001, Me Christine OLIVIER is very well established on the Nice notary scene.
A passion for the public good and an enquiring mind enabled her to take on the challenge of working for a regional authority for 4 years.

A Niçois by adoption, Me Laurence DUPOUY-PAULIN entered the notarial profession in 1997 after having obtained a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in notarial practice from the Université Côte d’Azur in Nice before attending the university of Aix-en-Provence where she obtained her DSN (an additional postgraduate qualification in notarial practice).

With nine years’ experience working in the family law field and having practised in the area of real estate law since 2006, she is well-placed to listen to your needs and support and advise you in relation to all your major life plans.

A native of the Alpes de Haute-Provence, he began his career in a law firm, enabling him to gain an excellent grounding in civil law and commercial law.

He then changed career path, being more interested in focusing on a mediatory role than on legal disputes, moving to Nice in 2018.

First and foremost a generalist, Me Isoard is interested in a wide range of dossiers and stands out from the crowd due to the particular care and attention he pays to each and every client.

A real citizen of the world, both by lived experience and inclination, he is a fluent Italian speaker, allowing him to work with Italian clients on matters ranging from property sales to family law.

Observant and meticulous, he will offer you excellent advice, whatever your project.

A native of Nice, she studied at universities in both Nice and Aix-en-Provence.
Boasting fifteen years’ experience in the notarial profession in Nice (from qualifying as a Notary Public in 2009 to being appointed a ‘Notaire salarié’ in 2018), she joined the office at the end of 2021.
Conscientious, thorough, responsive, attentive and available for her clients – these are just some of the qualities which enable her to effectively manage her family law caseload (wills, gifting property, a share in the capital of a company or company stock, sale by auction of property held indivisum, division of assets in the framework of a divorce settlement, partition actions etc), this being an area in which she has a particular interest. She is also active in the field of real estate law (sales).
She strives to keep her clients happy and to offer them the best possible advice and guidance with regard to their major life plans and events.

An adopted citizen of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Me Rousseau discovered the notarial profession at the age of just 16.
Having gained an understanding of the various services offered by a notary firm, she went on to acquire the necessary qualifications and subsequently joined our office as a notary.
Quick to respond and always ready to help, she has built up a loyal client base of individuals and professionals in the real estate sector from Menton to the Nice backcountry area.
 Her priority is to establish a trust-based relationship with her clients which will help her to quickly offer solutions to their needs.

Julia began her career as a notary with FLBL in 2020.

As a generalist, she assists her clients with all their projects, from family law to property law, offering them a wide range of legal advice.

Whether it’s property transactions, inheritances with partition or divorce proceedings, she knows how to deal with the specifics of each case, however difficult it may be, offering her clients personalised solutions thanks to her adaptability.

Her sympathetic approach and ability to communicate clearly and intelligibly enable her to establish a lasting relationship of trust with her clients.

With an approach that combines responsiveness and rigour, she will devote herself to understanding and responding effectively to your needs.

After his baccalauréat, he entered the Faculty of Law in Nice with a view to becoming a notary.

During his time at university, he developed an interest in tax law and successfully completed the Master II in Business Law and Taxation at Paris I Sorbonne, before passing the entrance exam to the CRFPA.

Wishing to establish himself personally and professionally in Nice, he returned there and switched to the notarial profession.

Having joined the office in 2020, he is involved in all types of cases. In particular, he assists his clients with real estate projects (acquisitions and disposals of shares). He also takes a keen interest in town planning law.

His fluency in English also enables him to assist international clients with their investments in France.
